What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept online payments via PayPal only. PayPal offers a simple and secure way of payment. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal website whether or not you have an account with them. We never ask to provide us a credit card number or any financial information.

When and how will you ship my order?

As a rule, we process and ship out all orders within 24 hours (except Sunday). All available shipping options are listed while ordering.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. If you do not receive that email first check your spam folder, or sign in to your account and check your order status.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will appear in your order details page. Please note that a tracking number for expedited shipping services is provided within 1-3 business days. After getting a tracking number you can track your package on the official website of the shipping service you selected while ordering.

What is your return policy?

We offer a DOA (Defective On Arrival) warranty: any defective or wrong products may be returned to us for replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt. Should we not be able to replace the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. You must contact us in order to receive RMA number that must be shipped back with defective or wrong product. Please see Terms and Policies for more details.

How do I return defective or wrong product?

Please contact our customer service by email, Skype or contact form with a description of the problem along with your order number. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back for replacement along with your RMA number.
